This is a co-ownership interest in the German operating property behind Digital Core REIT, the Singapore listed data centre trust sponsored and externally managed by Digital Realty. The asset is Digital Frankfurt, a colocation campus in the Sossenheim district of Frankfurt built out in successive phases between 2017 and 2022, with about 34 megawatts of capacity and roughly 450,000 square feet of leasable space. It runs on renewable power and was reported as about 98.5 percent occupied by 22 tenants, among them a Fortune 50 software company and a Fortune 25 technology company, with a weighted average lease expiry of around 5.8 years at the time of the 2024 stake transactions. Frankfurt is one of six metros in the trust's portfolio and its only German market.
