Who owns Digital Connexion
One company in the researched set discloses a stake in Digital Connexion, none of it sized by anyone who discloses it. Digital Connexion is private, so no 13F reports it: a 13F covers exchange listed positions only. These figures exist because each holder disclosed the stake in its own filings.

Digital Connexion, formally styled Digital Connexion: A Brookfield, Jio and Digital Realty Company, develops and operates carrier neutral data centres in India, selling colocation and interconnection capacity to enterprises and digital services companies. Announced in July 2023, it is a three way venture in which the partners hold equal thirds: Digital Realty contributes its data centre design and delivery methodology and its global PlatformDIGITAL customer base, Brookfield contributes Indian infrastructure investment and development experience, and Reliance Industries contributes Jio's all IP network reaching roughly 99.5 percent of India's population plus enterprise relationships across most large Indian private companies. The venture succeeded the earlier BAM Digital Realty partnership between Digital Realty and Brookfield, and its initial build out targets campuses in Chennai and Mumbai on land the partners already held. It is run from Mumbai by a dedicated Indian management team and positions its sites as a connectivity gateway between Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.
Source
Digital Connexion files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Reliance Industries Enters into Agreement to Invest Alongside Digital Realty and Brookfield Infrastructure to Expand Data Center Joint Venture in India (PR Newswire, July 2023), Digital Connexion: Investor Relations and Business Growth and Reliance Industries joins Digital Realty-Brookfield joint venture in India (Data Centre Dynamics). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Digital Realty Trust, Inc., as of 30 Jun 2026. 10-Q Note 5 footnote (2) to the APAC region balance ($673,671 thousand at 30 Jun 2026): 'Digital Connexion (33%)'. The APAC balance is a combined figure covering four named entities (Digital Connexion, Digital Realty Bersama, Lumen, MC Digital Realty); none is individually sized. Combined-balance trap, value left null. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Digital Connexion where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
