Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma, trading as DLO, is a clinical laboratory business operating across Oklahoma as a joint venture between Quest Diagnostics and INTEGRIS Health, the state's largest not for profit health system. Quest contributes reference testing capability, esoteric test menus and laboratory management expertise, while INTEGRIS anchors the hospital relationships, and the venture keeps the great majority of testing inside the state rather than shipping specimens elsewhere. DLO runs a central reference laboratory and corporate headquarters at 225 NE 97th Street in Oklahoma City, opened in December 2011, alongside cytology and HLA transplant laboratories, manages 19 hospital laboratories, and operates more than 45 patient service centres and a fleet of over 90 courier vehicles covering roughly 9,500 miles a day. It employs more than 850 people and serves over 7,000 physicians, hospitals and clinics.
Source
Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma: About, Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma: Media Kit and Why DLO (Oklahoma Pharmacists Association). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Quest Diagnostics Incorporated. Exhibit 21.1 to the FY2025 10-K lists 'Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma LLC (OK)' at 51%, written here as 51, not 0.51. Quest holds a majority interest, consistent with the 10-K's general statement that 'we have either a majority ownership interest in, or day-to-day management responsibilities for, our joint venture relationships,' so per the brief's precedent this is treated as a forward Quest holding at its own 51% rather than being recast as a noncontrolling interest running the other way. The identity of the minority (49%) partner is not disclosed in either the exhibit or the 10-K body text (searches for 'Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma' and plausible Oklahoma hospital-system names returned no hits in the 10-K itself). No individual carrying value is disclosed anywhere in the 10-K or 10-Q; this entity is majority-owned/consolidated, so it does not fall inside the $136-137 million equity-method balance either. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Diagnostic Laboratory of Oklahoma LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
