Cummins-Scania XPI Manufacturing, LLC is the equally held manufacturing venture announced in August 2005 by Cummins Inc. and Scania CV AB to build the XPI (Xtra-High Pressure Injection) common rail fuel injection system for heavy duty diesel engines. The venture extends a fuel systems collaboration the two companies began in 1992 and replaced their earlier joint work on the HPI system, with each partner putting in half of an initial 31 million dollar investment. Production is carried out inside Cummins facilities, at the Cummins Fuel Systems plant in Columbus, Indiana and at the Cummins plant in Juarez, Mexico, and the first XPI systems were produced in early 2006. The system delivers very high injection pressure with precise electronic control, which lowers emissions and fuel consumption enough to meet successive United States on highway emissions standards, and it is fitted to Cummins and Scania truck, bus, industrial and marine engines.

The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Cummins-Scania XPI Manufacturing, LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
