SUMED owns and operates the Suez to Mediterranean crude oil pipeline across Egypt, twin 42 inch lines running 320 kilometres from Ain Sukhna on the Gulf of Suez to Sidi Kerir near Alexandria, with a boosting station at Dahshour and a maximum throughput of about 2.5 million barrels a day. The line exists so that very large crude carriers coming from the Gulf can part discharge at Ain Sukhna, transit the Suez Canal at lighter draught or bypass it altogether, and reload at the Mediterranean end, and it has been in service since 1977. Both terminals combine large tank farms (roughly 2.9 million cubic metres at Ain Sukhna and 3.1 million at Sidi Kerir) with single buoy moorings able to take tankers from 40,000 to 500,000 deadweight tonnes, and the company has added products handling at Ain Sukhna including an FSRU berth, product berths and a diesel and LPG storage. It is a joint Arab venture of Egypt's EGPC with Saudi Aramco, Kuwaiti state investors, Mubadala Energy of the United Arab Emirates and QatarEnergy.
Source
Arab Petroleum Pipelines Company (SUMED) files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from SUMED facilities, SUMED shareholders and Sumed pipeline (Wikipedia). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.

What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Arab Petroleum Pipelines Company (SUMED) where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
