Its plant at Natchitoches, Louisiana opened in 1998 and covers 400,000 square feet with about 520 employees. In February 2022 the company announced a $45 million expansion adding a third assembly line, new automated welding, conveyor and material handling equipment and 78 jobs, completed during 2023.

Alliance Compressor LLC files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Alliance Compressors Announces $45 Million Capacity Expansion to Meet Energy-Efficient A/C Demand (Louisiana Economic Development), Alliance Compressors success story (Louisiana Economic Development) and Alliance Compressors Expands Natchitoches, Louisiana, Assembly Plant (Area Development). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Lennox International Inc.. FY2025 10-K, Item 1 Business (Suppliers/Manufacturing section): 'We own a minority equity interest in a joint venture that manufactures compressors for our residential and commercial heating and cooling and refrigeration businesses to help provide the necessary supply to meet customer needs' (no JV partner named in the prose). Exhibit 21 (List of Subsidiaries) names the entity and its exact stake: 'Alliance Compressor LLC 24.5% Delaware', which is the fourth venture behind Note 11's rounded '25%' ownership figure (the other three being the two 49.9% ventures and the 50% Mexico venture). Covered by the same undisclosed-split combined equity-method balance ($59.7 million at 31 Dec 2025) as the other three ventures, so no share count or dollar value is assigned to this row. sourcesource 2
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Alliance Compressor LLC where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
