Agrofel Grãos e Insumos is a Brazilian agricultural inputs retailer and grain originator based in Palmeira das Missões in Rio Grande do Sul. It sells seed, fertiliser, crop protection chemicals and foliar nutrition to farmers and takes in and trades their soybeans, corn and wheat, originating more than one million tonnes of grain a year from a base of roughly 15,000 growers. The business runs 38 units combining warehouses and farm stores with close to 450,000 tonnes of static storage capacity and employs about 470 people. Bunge announced an agreement in 2019 to take a minority position alongside the founding family, pairing Agrofel's grower relationships with Bunge's crushing and export network in one of Brazil's largest soybean states.
Source
Agrofel Grãos e Insumos files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Bunge anuncia acordo para compra de 30% da Agrofel Grãos e Insumos, Increasing Brazilian grain production: Bunge to acquire 30 percent of Agrofel (Food Ingredients First) and Bunge to Purchase 30% of Agrofel, Agricultural Inputs Reseller in Brazil (Grain Journal). The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- Bunge Global SA. FY2025 10-K (period 31 Dec 2025), Note 11 'Investments in Affiliates and Variable Interest Entities', table 'Certain significant equity method investments at December 31, 2025': Agrofel Grãos e Insumos, Ownership Interest 30%, described as 'Agricultural inputs reseller in Brazil that complements Bunge's soybean origination business.' No per-investee carrying value or fair value is disclosed; the 10-K only gives a COMBINED summarized balance sheet and income statement for all equity-method investees together (Total assets $8,096 million, Total liabilities $5,150 million at 31 Dec 2025), so per this project's rule against assigning a combined balance to one investee, value_usd is left null here. source
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Agrofel Grãos e Insumos where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
