Aero Alliance is the aeroderivative gas turbine joint venture that Baker Hughes formed with General Electric in 2019 and that has been jointly controlled by Baker Hughes and GE Vernova on equal terms since GE transferred its interest to GE Vernova during the spin-off in 2024. It fulfils aeroderivative engines and spare parts and performs repairs and maintenance for the two partners and for their authorised service provider network, covering the LM2500, LM6000 and LMS100 engine families used in power generation and oil and gas service. Work is carried out at three Level 4 depots: a 200,000 square foot facility at Jacintoport in Houston, Texas with two test cells, a 16,500 square metre centre at Avenza in Italy, and a 25,000 square foot site at Port Klang in Malaysia that supports the LM2500 fleet across Asia.
Source
Aero Alliance (joint venture with Baker Hughes Company) files nothing with the SEC, so none of this comes from a filer record. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Baker Hughes Company Form 10-Q, quarter ended 31 March 2025, Note 15 Related Party Transactions, GE Vernova: Aero Alliance service depots and GE Vernova careers: Aero Alliance. The ownership figures below come from the holders' filings instead, and are sourced row by row.
The disclosed stakes
One row per position. Where a holder reports the same company in two share classes, both rows are shown rather than summed, because the class is part of a position's identity.
Where each figure comes from
A private stake has no ownership form behind it, so the source is always the holder's own filing or disclosure. Anything modelled says so, with the arithmetic.
- GE Vernova Inc., as of 31 Dec 2025. Equity method investment balance from GE Vernova FY2025 Form 10-K, Note 11 (Equity Method Investments), which lists Aero Alliance individually: 50% ownership, balance $569 million at 31 Dec 2025 (up from $544 million at 31 Dec 2024). The 30 June 2026 10-Q no longer breaks the equity method balance out by investee, only by segment: it reports Aero Alliance is included within the Power segment's $938 million equity method balance at 30 June 2026, alongside other unnamed Power JVs, so no updated per-entity figure is available. sourcesource 2
What this page is not
It is not a complete register. It lists the holders who happen to be inside the researched set and disclosed the stake themselves. A private company can have many other shareholders, and nothing here rules them out: venture investors, founders and employees usually appear in no public filing at all. Percentages are of Aero Alliance (joint venture with Baker Hughes Company) where a holder stated one, and are missing where no holder did.
