AC Bebidas, S. de R.L. de C.V. is the Mexican company that holds and runs Arca Continental's Coca-Cola bottling business, producing, distributing and selling Coca-Cola system beverages across Mexico, Ecuador, Peru, Argentina and the southwestern United States. It was created in 2017 in a refranchising deal in which Arca Continental contributed its existing Latin American beverage operations and The Coca-Cola Company contributed its Coca-Cola Refreshments Southwest operating unit, covering Texas and parts of Oklahoma, New Mexico and Arkansas, together with the production and distribution assets in those territories. The entity borrows in its own name in the Mexican market, including 4,650 million pesos of green bonds issued in 2021 to fund emissions reduction, water conservation and recycling projects across the bottling operations.
