Address, industry classification, listing and incorporation come from Robinhood Ventures Fund I's own SEC filer record, so the industry is the SEC's dry classification rather than a marketing label. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Introducing Robinhood Ventures Fund I (Robinhood newsroom), Robinhood Ventures Fund I (RVI) Invests 30 Million Dollars in Whatnot (Robinhood newsroom) and Robinhood Ventures Fund I, Form N-2 registration statement (SEC EDGAR), not taken from any single article.

Description
Robinhood Ventures Fund I is a closed end investment fund that holds a concentrated portfolio of late stage private companies and trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker RVI, where it began trading on 6 March 2026 after pricing at 25 dollars per share. It exists to give ordinary brokerage customers exposure to venture stage names without the accreditation tests, investment minimums or performance fees attached to conventional private market vehicles, charging a management fee of 2.00 percent of net assets a year (halved to 1.00 percent for the first six months after listing) and offering daily liquidity through the exchange rather than through redemptions. Its disclosed holdings include Airwallex, Boom, Canva, Databricks, ElevenLabs, Mercor, OpenAI, Oura, Ramp, Revolut, SpaceX, Stripe and Whatnot. The fund is advised by Robinhood Ventures DE, LLC, an SEC registered investment adviser.

The full register, from 13F filings
The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 22 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.
22 managers reported a position, together holding 2.0m shares. The 22 largest are listed.
Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.
What a reader needs to know to read these numbers
- Added 21 Aug 2026 under the newly listed company policy in data/listed.json. This company is not an S&P 500 constituent and is covered because it has a ticker and a CIK, not because of index membership.
- Shares outstanding is null, not missing by oversight. This is a closed end fund: it files N-CSR, N-PORT and N-PX rather than a 10-K or 10-Q, and reports no EntityCommonStockSharesOutstanding concept in SEC XBRL at all. A share count taken from anywhere else would not be the filer's own figure.
- One filer in the 31 March 2026 13F data reports 250 shares of this fund's CUSIP 770701100 under the issuer name Retail Value Inc, which is a different company that formerly used the ticker RVI. The register aggregates by CUSIP, so those 250 shares of 2,025,725 total are included under this fund. That is 0.012 per cent and it is a filer's own labelling rather than a fault here, but it is recorded so nobody has to rediscover it.
- Holdings are NOT researched. This company was added for its ownership register under the newly listed policy, and the empty holdings list here means nobody has looked at what it owns, not that it owns nothing. The page says so rather than presenting an unexamined side as a sourced finding.
Looked for, not found
Recorded rather than filled in. Each of these is a place where a number could have been invented and was not.
- Shares outstanding, which a closed end fund does not report in the concept this site reads.
- Market capitalisation, for the same reason.
