Address, industry classification, listing and incorporation come from Lucid Group, Inc.'s own SEC filer record, so the industry is the SEC's dry classification rather than a marketing label. The headcount is the figure the sources below state for 2025. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Lucid Group, Inc. Form 10-K for fiscal year 2025, Lucid Group, Inc. Description
Lucid Group, Inc. is an electric vehicle maker headquartered at 7373 Gateway Boulevard, Newark, California and listed on Nasdaq as LCID. It engineers and manufactures its own EVs, powertrains, battery packs and software in house and sells direct to consumers through its own studios and service centers. The lineup is the Lucid Air sedan (deliveries from late 2021) and the Lucid Gravity SUV (production from December 2024), both built at Advanced Manufacturing Plant-1 in Casa Grande, Arizona, capacity 90,000 a year. A Saudi plant, AMP-2, does semi knocked-down assembly and is adding 150,000 units of capacity for the Midsize platform, due in production late 2026. Revenue also comes from parts, service, regulatory credits and technology supply: a 2023 arrangement supplies Aston Martin with Lucid powertrain, battery and software technology, and a July 2025 agreement commits Uber and its fleet operators to at least 20,000 Gravity robotaxis running Nuro software. The Saudi Public Investment Fund, directly and through Ayar Third Investment Company, held over 50% of the voting power at 30 June 2026, so Lucid is a Nasdaq controlled company. Lucid produced 17,840 and delivered 15,841 vehicles in 2025 on revenue of $1,353.8 million and a net loss of $2,698.1 million; in the second quarter of 2026 it produced 4,774 and delivered 3,953 on revenue of $405.3 million.
Who owns Lucid Group, Inc..
Nothing recorded on this side. That is a sourced finding rather than a gap where the research notes say so: see the notes below.
Select a row or a slice for its provenance: the filing it came from, when it was measured, and the arithmetic behind it if it was modelled.
The full register, from 13F filings
The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 340 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.
340 managers reported a position, together holding 253.2m shares, or 64.9% of the company. The 40 largest are listed. Percentages are of the 390.3m shares outstanding at 29 Apr 2026, the count in force when this quarter was measured rather than the count today.
Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.

- Added 27 Aug 2026 by scripts/promote_discovered.py. This company reached the site because a covered investor holds it, not because an index listed it: it was a position in a portfolio here with no page of its own. The match was proved by requiring the register built for this CIK to contain the same CUSIP the portfolio held.
- Discovered at CUSIP 549498202, held by allstate, bank-of-america, blackrock, bny-mellon, citigroup, fidelity-fmr, fifth-third, geode, goldman-sachs, huntington-bancshares, invesco, jefferies-financial-group, jpmorgan, metlife, morgan-stanley, northern-trust, pnc, prudential-financial, raymond-james, state-street, uber, us-bancorp, vanguard, wells-fargo.
- Holdings are NOT researched. The empty holdings list means nobody has looked at what this company owns, not that it owns nothing, and the page says so.
- Shares outstanding and market cap are null rather than guessed. Neither was captured on the dated sweep that carries every other company here.
