Address, industry classification, listing and incorporation come from Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc.'s own SEC filer record, so the industry is the SEC's dry classification rather than a marketing label. The headcount is the figure the sources below state for 2026. The description was written for this site in August 2026 from Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. Form 10-K for fiscal year 2025 and Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. Form 10-Q for the quarter ended 30 June 2026, not taken from any single article.

Description
Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc. is a late-stage clinical immunology company in Emeryville, California developing CAR T cell therapies for neurologic autoimmune diseases. Its lead candidate, mivocabtagene autoleucel (miv-cel, also known as KYV-101), is an autologous anti-CD19 CAR T built on a receptor licensed from the National Institutes of Health and designed to deplete B cells deeply enough to reset the immune system. In stiff person syndrome, a rare disease with no FDA-approved therapy, the registrational 26-patient KYSA-8 Phase 2 trial met all primary and secondary endpoints at 16 weeks. Kyverna began a rolling biologics license application in the second quarter of 2026, filed the manufacturing module in July 2026, and expects to complete the submission in the fourth quarter, seeking priority review under an RMAT designation. A second program, KYSA-6 in generalized myasthenia gravis, is in a Phase 3 registrational portion with enrollment due to finish by mid-2027. The company has no approved product and no product revenue. Net loss was $161.3 million in 2025 against $127.5 million in 2024, and $78.0 million in the first half of 2026, leaving an accumulated deficit of $502.9 million and cash and marketable securities of $199.4 million at 30 June 2026. Gilead Sciences, whose 2020 collaboration with Kyverna ended in January 2024, is listed as a 6.8% stockholder.
Who owns Kyverna Therapeutics, Inc..
Nothing recorded on this side. That is a sourced finding rather than a gap where the research notes say so: see the notes below.
Select a row or a slice for its provenance: the filing it came from, when it was measured, and the arithmetic behind it if it was modelled.
The full register, from 13F filings
The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 108 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.
108 managers reported a position, together holding 34.8m shares, or 57.3% of the company. The 40 largest are listed. Percentages are of the 60.8m shares outstanding at 1 May 2026, the count in force when this quarter was measured rather than the count today.
Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.
What a reader needs to know to read these numbers
- Added 26 Aug 2026 by scripts/promote_discovered.py. This company reached the site because a covered investor holds it, not because an index listed it: it was a position in a portfolio here with no page of its own. The match was proved by requiring the register built for this CIK to contain the same CUSIP the portfolio held.
- Discovered at CUSIP 501976104, held by bank-of-america, blackrock, bny-mellon, citigroup, fidelity-fmr, geode, gilead, goldman-sachs, invesco, jpmorgan, metlife, morgan-stanley, northern-trust, pnc, state-street, vanguard, wells-fargo.
- Holdings are NOT researched. The empty holdings list means nobody has looked at what this company owns, not that it owns nothing, and the page says so.
- Shares outstanding and market cap are null rather than guessed. Neither was captured on the dated sweep that carries every other company here.
