Description

Constellation Energy is the competitive power generation and customer-facing energy business that Exelon separated into an independent public company on 1 February 2022 by distributing its shares to Exelon holders. It operates the largest nuclear fleet in the United States, roughly 22 GW that produced 183 TWh in 2025, alongside natural gas, hydroelectric, wind and solar plants, and sells that output together with purchased power into wholesale markets and to about 2.5 million retail electricity and gas accounts. Owned generating capacity was 31,676 MW at 31 December 2025, reported through five geographic segments: Mid-Atlantic, Midwest, New York, ERCOT and Other Power Regions. Revenue was $25.5 billion in 2025 and the company employed 15,339 people at the end of that year. On 7 January 2026 it completed the acquisition of Calpine Corporation for cash and stock, adding about 23 GW across 72 generation and battery storage assets plus a retail platform of roughly 62 TWh of annual load, and taking combined capacity to about 55 GW.

The full register, from 13F filings

The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 1,868 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.

1,868 managers reported a position, together holding 279.6m shares, or 77.4% of the company. The 40 largest are listed. Percentages are of the 361.2m shares outstanding at 30 Apr 2026, the count in force when this quarter was measured rather than the count today.

Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.
