Address, industry classification, listing and incorporation come from Biohaven Ltd.'s own SEC filer record, so the industry is the SEC's dry classification rather than a marketing label. Description

Biohaven Ltd. is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company in New Haven, Connecticut, incorporated in the British Virgin Islands and listed on the NYSE as BHVN. It became independent on 3 October 2022, spun off from Biohaven Pharmaceutical Holding Company Ltd. under that parent's separation agreement with Pfizer Inc., and holds worldwide rights to substantially all of its product candidates. It has no approved product or revenue. A late-2025 reprioritization left three key programs: extracellular protein degraders (MoDE and TRAP) in immunology, Kv7 ion channel activation in epilepsy, and myostatin blockade in neuromuscular disease and obesity. BHV-1300 entered a Phase 3 trial in about 300 adults with Graves' disease in June 2026; a pivotal IgA nephropathy study of BHV-1400 was targeted for the second half of 2026. Opakalim (BHV-7000) finished enrolling the Phase 2/3 RISE3 focal epilepsy trial, with topline results due in the same period. On 26 August 2026 Biohaven licensed the Kv7 platform to SK Biopharmaceuticals for $400 million in cash, up to $795 million in total and tiered U.S. royalties. An FDA complete response letter in November 2025 refused troriluzole in spinocerebellar ataxia, now under appeal. Cash, marketable securities and restricted cash totaled $270.5 million at 30 June 2026. Net loss was $738.8 million in 2025 and $267.8 million in the first half of 2026.

Who owns Biohaven Ltd..

Nothing recorded on this side. That is a sourced finding rather than a gap where the research notes say so: see the notes below.

Select a row or a slice for its provenance: the filing it came from, when it was measured, and the arithmetic behind it if it was modelled.

The full register, from 13F filings

The Register tab above is hand research: a dozen holders, each traced to the filing it came from. This asks the same question of the whole market for the quarter ended 31-mar-2026, where 268 managers reported a position. Broad where the research is deep, and shallow in the ways a 13F always is.

268 managers reported a position, together holding 143.6m shares, or 95.4% of the company. The 40 largest are listed. Percentages are of the 150.6m shares outstanding at 30 Apr 2026, the count in force when this quarter was measured rather than the count today.

Built from 13F filings, which report US listed, long, US custodied positions only. A register from this source is a floor rather than a level: a holder's true position can be far larger, as BlackRock's ASML stake shows at 1.28m shares in a 13F against 26.3m in its 13G/A. Holdings held through derivatives, outside US custody, or below a manager's reporting obligation do not appear. Where a holder is marked as a family, its total sums several separate filing entities and describes something no single filing describes; the constituent entities and their share counts are listed so the total can be checked. That roll-up can legitimately exceed the family's own Schedule 13G, because a 13G is filed by one legal entity: Vanguard reports Alphabet through ten advisory entities, and The Vanguard Group Inc itself reported zero after its January 2026 disaggregation.
